TERMS and CONDITIONS
apply to all goods on offer and all transactions on this website operated by Mantay Services Limited whose registered office is at 129 MHA, Middleton Boulevard, Wollaton, Nottingham NG8 1FW registered in England and Wales No. 6526763 referred to as “Mantay Services Limited, Mantay, 123Bayam, us, our, we, seller”. As user of this website referred to as “you, your, buyer” you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transaction you make is subject to our terms and conditions listed below. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference as well as a copy of each transaction you make on this website. All goods on offer on this website are properties of the Location/shop owner referred to as “supplier, shop” and are designated and described as required by the supplier. Items purchased on this website are to be collected at the shop by a person referred to as “collector” designated by you the buyer at the time you place your order. Mantay services Limited may change these terms conditions without notice to you in relation to future operations at anytime.
Transaction Principles
All goods on offer on this website are physically located in Cameroon and cannot be delivered outside of Cameroon. Goods are offered by location/shop from which you decide to shop. The goods you purchase on this website are to be collected in person by the person whose details have been provided while checking your Shopping Cart out at the location/shop you selected when building your shopping Cart.
You must refer to Mantay Services Limited and not to the supplier for any peculiar dispute related to your order and any delay in the release of the items in your order since the supplier is not involve in any money transaction between the buyer and this website.
The collector is considered by the supplier as the buyer of the purchased items to who a receipt or invoice is issued by the supplier; the collector is the only person entitled to dispute any damage or product physical inconsistency with the supplier. The collector must refer to the supplier and not the website for any damage or physical inconsistency of a purchased item.
The supplier is not responsible for any transaction between the website and the buyer. And the website is not responsible for any claim related to a purchased item’s quality, damage or consistency released by the supplier.
Transactions
You must register with this website to be able to make a transaction. All personal information is treated with respect of our Privacy policy and the UK and EU Privacy policy.
Product prices can be displayed in $ (US Dollar), € (euro) or £ (British Pound) but you can pay only in £ (British Pound)
Order and Collection
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Check Out button.
You will have to provide the following details of the person who will collect the items from the store before you can complete your transaction:
- Name and surname
- Mobile phone number as follow: Country international code + mobile phone number all in one word i.e. +237

- Your mobile phone number; and
- A secret code required to collect the purchase
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. We will then send a second email when we start to process your order. Please note that these e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have received your order and accepted it (which we may do at our discretion).
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third e-mail, which will confirm your order and contain details of how you will collect your products from the supplier. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our third email will inform you so. Confirmation of an order also means that we have received the full amount of the order. A text message (SMS) is sent to the collector to inform him that he can contact the supplier to collect the purchased goods.
Payment for the goods can be made by any method shown on this website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the collection date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately. There will be no collection until cleared funds are received.
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from internet checkout Gateway Company used on this website or other agencies. The Internet Checkout Gateway may keep a record to use in future security checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you, and we will reimburse any payment made by you
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method or simply cancel your order.
We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, to remove or edit content, or to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. In the event that, after we accept your order, we discover that the goods ordered are unavailable or that there was a pricing error on our website in respect of the goods ordered, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer you a refund or alternatively re-credit you.
We have the right to cancel the contract if the price of the goods rises dramatically due to the inflation, the exchange rates or the supplier adjustment. In this case, we will give you the choice to amend your order or been refunded.
Collection procedure
Only the person mentioned when you place your order can collect the order at the store.
The supplier will ask proof of identity to the collector who will then need to provide his identification document which must be in type and number the same as you provide when you place your order. The collector is also required to show the text message (SMS) sent to his mobile phone by this website.
Goods Collection Time
The collection time is based on the shop’s opening days and hours which are displayed on the website and your order confirmation email. The shop’s opening days and hours may differ from one shop to another.
Designation and price of the goods and payment
The designation and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the seller´s website at the time you place your order. Our aim is to insure a high level of accuracy of all information on this website. However some data can be incorrect. We will inform you and ask you if you wish to proceed with an order or cancel it in the event we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered.
If all of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, the entire order will be cancelled automatically and the seller will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for those goods; if only some of the goods you have ordered are found to be mis-priced, our contract with you continues and we will deliver the correctly priced goods but we will not be obliged to supply you with the mis-priced goods. In these circumstances we will refund or re-credit you for any sum you have paid for the mis-priced goods.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order plus any additional charges. All these will be set out clearly in your basket before you check out your order.
Prices displayed in this website include any VAT payable. Prices displayed in € (Euro), $ (Dollar) are approximate and may vary dependent on current exchange rates. You will pay for your purchase in British Pound (£) using a daily exchange rate determined by your credit card company or bank.
Data Protection
The seller will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the seller is negligent, the seller will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract. We do not accept any amendments to these terms and conditions.
